BalZout Mount at Console on 2017 Tracker PT 175 TXW

Have a 2017 Tracker PT 175 TXW. In the process of changing out electronics and trolling motor. Adding a 12" HDS-Live unit at console and bow. Looking at getting a BalZout mount for the console and installing in original location. I think the mount w/ the 6" arm would work, but not sure if 9" arm is needed instead.

Anyone have a similar setup? Any pics would be greatly appreciated. PT 190 and 195 consoles should be the same.

That came out really well! What is that spacer under the base? Looks like a RAM Spacer Plate for Flush Mounting (RAP-403FU) And did you use something on the underside to reinforce it?

    Thanks again!

It is a Ram spacer of some sort. I don't remember the part number, but it has the cutout for the cabling. Underneath, I used a modified Ram ball adapter. I machined out a circle for the cables to slip through. The ballzout mount is the same pattern as the threaded portion of this mount. IMG_2253.jpg

Ram Swing Arm Mount with Carbon9, probably wouldn't be too great for at the bow but could save some money at the console vs using a Balzout.

I made my own adapter plate for the base, to run the cables under it and through the original hole that the factory drilled. I also made it, so that I could use the same screws hole pattern that the factory screwed down the little Lowrance unit that came on it. I didn't want to drill more holes in the plastic...
