    Charger 496tf trolling motor

What shaft length is everyone running?
Also, the bilge compartment is pretty small, are most of you using 36v trolling motors?
Where do you put the batteries?

Had mine for 2 years and haven’t had any issues and that’s on the ultrex on spotlock 80 percent of the time always working

I run the Garmin Force 36V with 3X50AH Lithium batteries...The batteries are smaller than lead acid or AGM and much lighter. And with the Garmin brushless motor, I've never got the batteries below 70% after 3 days of solid fishing. Its a slick set up...

Lithium's have come down to a reasonable level... I went with Ionics 3 of these plus the charger https://drewcraft.com/product/50ah-1...thium-battery/

I went with the 31 series AGM from Sams. They are 189.99 per battery and I have heard alot of good things about them.
