I have not seen Ryastown and I was done at the yough a few weeks ago and it was not frozen. Now it has been a few weeks and we have had colder weather since then.

WTAJ has a live web cam feed at Raystown. Might give you a way to check for open water.

Sayers just recently froze in the main lake area. The lake is down 5ft right now and suppose to drop another 10 ft in march. When the ice is gone you can put in at the winter launch.
Snyders Run has been ice free as of a couple days ago. These cold nights will probably skim it over soon though.
