It was a good boat when new. Concentrate on figuring out how careful previous owners were. Any hack repairs or excessive scratching on the keel or signs of the LU being replaced, repaired or abused. Repairs and dings are normal, but you can get a good idea how someone cares for their equipment by checking that stuff. Gel coat on the gunwales is like glass when new.

Exact boat I have. I purchased 2006 it was 5 years old. I have done the basics- seats, carpet, pumps, trolling motor, some minor stress cracks, no other issues. Never a problem with electrical, If the boat has been taken care of and the price is right, It is a good boat.

I towed the boat with a 6 cylinder Dodge Dakota for years with no problem.
