I put Tony Chacheries (Spelling) and a little cornstarch and put them in the air fryer. Sometimes I smoke them first then crisp them up in the air fryer.

I’m planning on doing a bunch. I’ll just bake them, coat them with Franks wing sauce, and have at it. I’m going to soak a few in pickle juice overnight to see what happens. Have one jar of habanero pickle juice and one of Thai chili juice. There will only be blue cheese. Ranch is not allowed around here.

I'm throwing some dry rub on mine, some pork rind coating. Gonna bake in oven a bit. Then blast em in the air fryer.

my wife found a recipe that I love. First, I like them dry, crisp, fall off the bone without breading. Simply boil the wings for 20 minutes (till they float),
then bake them in the oven (400-450 depending on how crisp) for another 15-20 minutes turning once. I put them on the non stick foil and spray it with Pam butter flavor. I pull them apart
and dip in sauce as desired.
