    CB Marine update - important

    Hey guys, I ordered a foil from Chris Bailey thru Andy at Drewcraft. I got an email that Chris has been in the hospital with Covid. So, Just letting you know in case you want to reach out to him.

    I'm not new to bass fishing, but relatively new to the BBC community and thought I'd pass this along. I don't know Chris, but I know a lot of you know him and his work is outstanding.

    The Covid thing is real and you don't want it. A guy in my office (and his wife) both have it, and he's on day 15 of still feeling like crap.

    This post might be more for the Lounge, but this is where I got feedback on the hotfoot relocation plate.

    I heard the same thing but I thought he was slowly getting back to work. Hope he didn’t have a relapse.

    Thats too bad. Covid effects everyone differently. I had it back in July. 4 days later i was feeling fine. Cold chills at night but fine during the day. GF tested pos for antibodies, but never had any symptoms. Son test pos in December but wasnt sick. Lost sense of taste and smell for a few days. If you arent healthy its probably going to give you problems. If you take care of yourself along with exercise, its not likely going to be a problem at all.

    I’ll be at his place Wednesday to pull a motor off. I’ll give a update if I get one. Last I heard he was doing better but very weak

    Pretty good news bout Chris. A buddy of mine order a plate from Chris several months ago and has been trying to get in touch with him for an update. Chris called him back today and said he is getting better but very weak and can’t stand up for very long but that he is slowly getting back to work.

    I spoke with him yesterday, and he's back at work but still recovering. He got pneumonia during Covid and went into the hospital for that.
    I was glad to meet/speak with him. I think he was ready to get back to work.
