Same here. I was impressed with service and support. Got my replacement 24 hours after I reported my issue.

Has anyone figured out why some get theirs replaced quickly while others seem to get the run-around? Just trying to figure out if there is something that a person needs to do or say to help expedite the process of getting a bad unit replaced?

From what I can tell, no one has recieved a replacement from Lowrance since very early in the year. I think the ones that have, exchanged it at the place of purchase if they had another in stock. I first found I had a dud in January, others I know of in early February. We're still waiting.

I'll be damned! Just got an email that my replacement unit shipped at 7:47 pm this evening. Those folks have taken a pounding over this, but it was mostly self inflicted. Just hope it works.
I'm a life long Lowrance guy.
Wasn't excited about having to add a Garmin.

I was finally able to water test mine yesterday and it was junk. I called yesterday and got shipping confirmation late yesterday mine would be here today. I was told I was the last one on the shipment, dumb luck I guess but thankful. Zero issues on the service side, send mine back once new one arrives and installed.

I installed and had the “no source” message as well...hard reset fixed it for me.

Have any of you with the replacement units used them on the water yet?

I was wondering if the worked properly.

I was able to install and use my active target yesterday for the first time. It shows about 20 feet and the image is gone beyond that. I spoke with Cole in Tulsa and customer service was great. They are sending a new module and transducer. I had a 12/4 RMP preordered unit. He told me that my serial number fell into a range of units with weak transducers. He said there have been product delays but he was showing some units in the Memphis area.
