    One more week. How many knuckleheads are heading out opening day? I plan to be out there next Friday, regardless of the weather. Can't wait for some soft water!!

    Pretty tough. Lots of drinks, small cats. I managed 2 good ones Friday. Mixed reports of good and bad but the consensus is tougher all around compared to previous years.

    I went on opening day. Got on em pretty good from 8 till 10 and the nothing until I left about 2.

    Over all 8 keepers biggest was 3.98and the rest were 2-3.

    I was there on Friday and figured it would be tough with the bright skies and calm conditions. I caught a bunch of small fish throughout the day but then pulled up to a spot at the end of the day when the wind picked up and caught 4 keepers around 16” or so.
