The aerator pump runs continuously on my 17 Caracal once the main power switch is turned on at the console. Everything else appears to function properly and this just started last week. Assuming the A10 panel is to blame?
Has anyone else had a similar problem and if so what was the fix?

I had a problem where my pumps wouldn't turn on. After a few pump changes and tracing wires, I read somewhere to unplugged the A10 panel for a few minutes and I never had a issue again.
As mentioned above try a reboot of the A 10 first. That also fixed a similar issue for me on the A 10 on one of my Cats.

Check the bilge auto switch to be sure it isn’t the bilge switch stuck and functioning the pump. .
I’ll give these a shot when I get home and will report back.
Double check the switch at the nose of the boat. Lots of people get fooled when that is in the on position, thinking the console is malfunctioning.

LainTX and Catdude28 were correct. Unplugging the A10 and then reconnecting fixed the issue.
