I know a guy that bought a Champion in way worse shape than that. Was sitting under a water oak for years. He got it for next to nothing and he and his dad got it looking really good all thing considered. Not the kind of thing I would take on, someone could make that thing look great.

If the transom is solid then rest is cosmetic. For the price it would be a good winter project.

Poor thing looks neglected. I loved my 94 Eyra. If a guy had the patience and skills, they could probably get that thing back into shape

For sure, transom and floor. As long as it's structurally sound that thing could be turned around pretty nice with some work. I had a 96, best 18 foot hull ever.

If someone needs eyes on it, I have a lot of friends and family in the Fort Smith area that could help.

I would buy it in a second but I'm not driving to Arkansas for it. I love a good challenge.

LIke others have said, seats, carpet and some wet sanding. Put a new motor on it if needed and you have a nice ride.

they use a 100% fiberglass transom....."composite" transoms usually have wood in them....pre 2000-2001 BCB used wood enclosed in Fiberglass aka "composite" and are susceptible to rot like all other brands...after that they switched to 100% fiberglass.

Agreed, if it were 3-4 hours from me there's a good chance it'd be sitting in my garage right now if the transom and floors checked out.
