    G2 Warranty add on

    Just curious if anyone knows......I know BRP discontinued the Evinrude outboard product line but they are still honoring warranty thru the dealer. Question is....Can additional warranty be added on to a G2 if you are still under warranty?

    I would either ask your dealer or contact Evinrude 844-345-4277. Have your serial number handy.

    I tried to buy an extended warranty when BRP first announced the shutdown. My dealer told me they couldn’t sell them anymore per BRP. Give it a shot and let us know what you come up with. I’d still be willing to buy more warranty.

    Spoke to BRP today, they were very pleasant and helpful, they said No additional warranty available from BRP, but All original warranty will be honored.
