So Randy goes through an area in practice and whacks 20lbs and then goes back through the same area and tries to catch some more...in practice. I don’t think the bait is Randy’s issue. I think Randy’s issue is winning practice.

1/2oz 90% of the time; mainly for castibility in all conditions.

I get less lift if I use a 1/2. Much easier to keep in water column.

1/4 oz has won me the most money... The blades I use have a lot less lift. Allowing for a lighter head.

    1/2 for me. I’m not sure I even own a 3/8

I use both depending on conditions. I also use a 3/4 ounce quite a bit. I feel like a 3/8 ounce skips a lot better for me than a 1/2 ounce does.

1/4 and 3/8, although under some conditions I might throw a 3/4 or 1 oz bait.

I honestly have both and for me it's more about the color. I'm generally throwing in 8 ft or less so I can make either run the same way.

ALX Zolo Rumble is the best one I've ever used and I have owned the Phenix and Evergreen Chatterbait rods and they don't compare to the Rumble. ALX built it for "vibrating jigs'' from the ground up and it is amazing.
