    Networking a pair of 93sv uhd's

So I'm Networking the pair with ethernet switch I also have the one at the console connected to Nmea2000. Is there any need to hook the one at the bow to Nmea2000? How about the brown and blue wires?

If you are only networking those two units, you should only need an Ethernet cable.

Blue/brown wires not needed. NMEA, if you have any sensors like heading, temp, etc. then i'd say yes.....what is on NMEA currently??

Both units will show the livescope if they are connected together with an Ethernet cable. Make sure you get a grounded one to make sure you get the best display on your chartplotter.

[QUOTE=bryan535;11636584]Okay you lost me on the grounded one?[/QUO The Garmin Ethernet cables have a little metal piece on the end of the rj45 plug to act as a ground. You can buy generic ones on Amazon. You may get by without the grounded ones if they aren't running along side a lot of other cables.
