I recently purchased this unit. When I power on and press accept at the warning screen it will not go any farther. I can press the power button and get that menu but it will not do anything else. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Purchased new? Take it back to the retailer. Purchased used? Update the software (if it will do it) and do a hard reset. Swap the order if you can’t get it to update with the latest software.

Yes new at bps. How do I do a hard reset?
You’ll have to do a Google search. I don’t own Ti units but the reset directions should be all over the Internet. There are instructions for HDS units in one of the sticky threads at the top of this forum but don’t know if the procedure is the same

I would take it back to BPS.
