    BBC boat speed experts

    Why does my 1442 John boat with a 25 HP go 27 MPH but my 19 ft bass boat with a 200 only goes 69 but not 200 MPH? So if I put my 200 on my john boat will it go 200 MPH? If I do will anyone here drive it?
