    It looks like a spark plug tool. when you get to #4 plug you might see why they gave it to you. 123 easy but #4 is not.
    By the way that 60 4 stroke is a great quite motor. You will love it.

    I thought that might be what it was but I'm used to automotive spark plug wrenches being much bigger.

    I recently purchased a new to me 2015 boat with a 150 FS. Changed the plugs last week and learned about #4. For the 150, I picked up a 1.5" socket extension at Harbor Freight, works perfectly. Not sure if the 60HP is worse to get that plug out and in but thought I'd offer my experience if it helps. Shortest extension I have ever had in my tools is 3" and that was no help!
