In the video I see a casting MBR but don't see one yet one their website, unless I missed it.

873 CRR is on back order dang it!!!
Everyone needs to chill.. don't pay full price for these right now! Shops will be flush with these by mid June and the discounts will start flowing again. Only a couple shops got stock TODAY and know they can cash in on the early FOMO and make people pay MSRP.

Hate the hook keeper placement on the split grip rods. Have had a few close calls with getting hooks in my hand when using rods with this type of hanger being pulled from the rod locker. Other than that they look good. Time will tell how they fish.
I have to start saving my pennies for the 901 it seems.....going to take a while lol
I'm happy they brought bag the mag bass actions. My wallet won't like it but this summer I'm hoping to pick up an 843C and 873C CCR.
I can actually save 20% because I buy their gift cards when they are 10% off and if you take in to account for tax that would be another 10% off. The rod I'm wanting is $625 but with all the discounts it would cost me $500 shipped to the door. To me that's a decent price for the rod. If anyone can get it to me for cheaper then that I'm all in for sure.
I was going to use it as a straight Texas rig rod. Possibly a 3/8oz jig rod too. I just called a local tackle shop and they told me that they should have the rods in store tomorrow or Thursday. He though they were all already pre-sold. However he said that I could come up and check them out. I'm just curious on how much different they are going to be and feel compared to the current NRX rods.
I did a whole video about this rod on YouTube. It's a fantastic general purpose bottom contact rod. I use mine for football jigs, finesse football jigs, Texas rigs and wobble heads. It's got more power than the 893 and it's much less stiff than the 894c. It's more like a medium heavy plus than a heavy. I think it's one of the best NRX casting rods period.

PM me the link to the video. I wouldn't mind to watch.
The 843C MBR looks interesting but no way am I paying that for it. I believe I will wait until the fall. Will be good deals by then.
I'm a little disappointed they went with titanium SIC vs Torzite in the non-recoil guides.
