I had a white streak on mine from a dock.. but I was able to get rid of it using a green scrub pad and some vinegar.
Since i got my TM with spot lock.. i no longer dock or ground the boat when fishing solo.. i just pull up to dock.. jump off.. then park my boat 20 ft from dock using remote, go park or get truck/trailer and bring boat back to me.. best upgrade ever (which I had to save for better part of a year) =)

I am going to do that, I got a mark on my rub rail from docking on my first trip out. Not a big deal, I can probably get it off, but still, brand new boat with a black mark (my boat is white) isn't ideal.

I have had some rub marks and scratches, use some fine sand paper and use water while sanding, then use your spray wax on it to remove the dull finish

Lacquer thinner to clean marks and stains from
rub rails and boat bumpers. Used it on my Patrol Boat.
I tried lots of cleaners, but never found anything that would
    get the job done. LDS

Culvert rash. Concrete is very unforgiving.
