Opinions, looking at 2021 20 TRX Patriot

Looking at new boats. Looking for pros and cons on the 20 TRX Patriot. Comparing to Skeeter FXR. Looking for input of those that have or been in these Tritons a good bit.

The 20 TrX is a great boat. Low to mid 70s with great ride, layout and fish ability.

I have owned 5 Skeeters since 2009 and am in a 21TRX now. I personally like the new skeeters and what they have done to them however, if I had to chose a new TRX or a new FXR.....I would choose the Triton.

Here is how I look at it.....both fish very close to each other, both ride close to each other, both are good boats. It comes down to much more room (even though the FXR has got more than it used to have) to move around, I feel the livewells are better in the Triton, Triton has more storage room and it has a better cooler. Therefore I personally give the advantage to Triton

I have 2017 20 TRX Patriot.. love it ... just added the second PP... tons of space .ride is smooth and dry..
im upgrading all my electronics this yr. from the Lowrance to Birds..with a mega 360.. yes boat will do
lower 70s.... good luck

I have a '17 20 trx as well, absolutely love everything about it but if your 6'5" the leg room in cockpit area might be a little cramped.

I have a 2017 TRX and couldn’t be happier with it. My third Triton and every bit as well built as the last two. Mine runs low to mid 70s all day long with 250 SHO.

I have a 2018 20 trx 250 2 stroke Merc.Great in every way except speed.Mine runs about 68 mph.I've done everything to get speed and nothing.What are you guys doing to get mid 70's.
