Vexus - Polk Audio factory stereo - 1980 cc ?

Curious of anyone with the Polk Audio UMC1 unit w/ speakers (factory stereo) in a Vexus. How is it?

And, 2 - for anyone with this in a center console model (1980 or 2180) - where did the factory locate/place your speakers? I'm hoping they would do so somewhere below the gunwales - keeping the sound somewhat contained inside the boat.

I saw one the other day and they were mounted where the bow lights used to be on the console

I've got one in my DVX19 and it's LOUD. Can't help with the speaker placement on an AVX model, but the unit itself and speakers I've been very pleased with.

I'm running the Lowrance Sonic Hub 2 with their speakers. My speakers are equally spaced under the steering wheel facing toward the motor. Made for a non-intrusive install thanks to the console hatch, and I'm able to hear my music clearly while running.
