    Dale Hollow lodging

Our bass club,10-12 boats is headed to Dale Hollow in mid April. We are from Missouri and will be coming through Nashville. Do any of you Tennessee guys have lodging info for the Celina, Tn. area. Lodging near the water is preferred but not a requirement. Thanks much for insight.

Hendrick creek marina has a few small cabins nothing special but good for a bunch of guys. They also have a bigger house

there is also cedar hill by the dam that has a bunch of cabins to rent.

Willow Grove is a good central location on the water, they have 2 large cabins that sleep at least 10 each.

We are staying at Holly Creek marina. They have cabins that we will use instead of one big lodge. Covid still has some members nervous about staying as a group. This is about a 6 hour drive for us, and we are staying Tues-Sun in mid April. Any suggestions fishing wise? Thx much.

Fippin stick for Green Heads... especially if we get rain and the water is up.... can get dumb
Swimbait, chatter bait for the browns
Great time of year to catch a lot of fish a lot of different ways.... Wind is your friend up there... Large flats with grass/wind and cover them until you find them.... main thing that time of year is cover the crap out of water until you get dialed in on what they are grouping up on and then you can certainly repeat it up and down the lake.
You can typically focus on 15' or less that time of year and have a blast. Best of luck... Happy to assist more if you desire as time get's closer...

Thanks for the info Ledgeman! Btw the last time I was in Cookeville was to referee a ball game at Tenn Tech back in the 90's. They had a good team, but some rough fans!

That time of year you can expect some good weights and even several big ones show up daily across 10-12 boats
