    Pumps fused?

    I own 2019 z19...

Are any of the pumps fused and if so where?

Down about 2' from the pump, may be like 8' of wire away but they scrunch up the wires and zip tie them. And probably under the dash, and any connection may fail from the switches to the pumps.

They are working, just would like to know if there is a fuse.

I would hope there is a fuse for each one, in case one was to short it does not take out ECM and shut down whole boat minus the engine and trolling motor.

Follow the wires from the switch they will either go to the fuse block under the dash or not. If not then back in the bilge.

On the newer nitros, they do not use mechanical switches. The digital dash panel encodes the signal to the ECM which actual acts as a switch or switches.
I have traced the wires from the pumps in the back of the boat. There are no fuses unless they are in the wire looms.

All circuits, I have ever seen protection( fuse or breaker)should be after the source and before the switch.

Ahh. With the softtouch panel I believe there is a push and hold somewhere to reset it.

Has anyone figured this out yet? I’m having a livewell issue myself. I took batteries out of bilge and swapped pump to verify pump works. Traced back wires and found no fuse. There is a round connector that has about 5 white push dots. I’m thinking something is wrong with one of them. It is pushed in and will not come out. Any advice? Thanks.
