What Hummingbird Unit for Mega 360 and Mega Live

I considering getting a Helix 15 for the bow of my boat and want to know what unit you need to run both Mega 360 and Mega Live Imagining. Not familiar with Hummingbird .
I know what DI and SI are and I assume CHO is Chirp . Do you need SI for either of these two transducers?
Actually can you run both transducer on the same unit on a split screen? I'm not a Hummingbird guy and considering this as opposed to Lowrance Active imaging and HDS 12 Live.
The Mega 360 is really appealing but want Mega Live too.

Thanks for any help and suggestions.

CHO means Control Head Only==doesn't come with a transducer.

To run the MEGA 360 or MEGA LIVE requires a Helix SI+ or DI+ model.

The MEGA 360 is a rotating Side Imaging transducer that does either 360 or Side Imaging but not at the same time.

The MEGA 360 connects to the SI circuits in the unit's transducer port. That means if you share the transducer port with a MEGA 360 and MEGA SI+ transducer, you cannot use the SI piezos in the SI transducer. A MEGA DI+ model would be the economical choice.

You can display 360 with Chart, 360 with Down Imaging, 360 with 2D sonar, or 360 with 2D/DI. You cannot create custom views with a Helix.

How and with what concerning MEGA LIVE is unknown. It has not been officially announced--scheduled for Feb 1.

    Second sentence in post #2.

    Helix 9 CHIRP MEGA DI+ GPS G3N or G4N.

G3N's are discontinued and G4N's are current.

Both 998's have Ethernet. They have a metal threaded port covered by a rubber cap, an Ethernet cable connects directly to it.
    998c SI Combo
    998c HD SI Combo

No there is no Y cable to share data between units. What they can share is shown in the Frequency matrix here:
