    Boattrader decline

Looks like Boattrader is now almost strictly dealer listings. Facebook Marketplace has replaced it for pre-owned boat sales

I quit advertising on BT in Dec. 2019, their pricing slowly grew too high to justify. I'd been with them at least 12-13 years. I use Marketplace now, all I sell is consignments.

It’s got an awful interface. Slow and hard to sort them out properly.

as a dealer i was a customer over 20 years they were sold several times an prices went up a ton use to be a good deal when it was magazine type format when it went digital all you would ever hear was how many views you had i wasnt interested in folks sitting in their underwear that wasnt interested in buying a boat looking at my inventory an changed to craigs list for half the price an never looked back.
