    +1... usually overheating, casting flaw, or improper machining.

    Maybe my eyes aren’t the best,but it looks like that sleeve has pulled down in the block a little.

    Engine has never overheated. Sleeve has not moved might be the angle of pic, It just blew out head gasket, It's cracked all the way back and across. Easy fix I will just order a new block.

    Probably because it wasn't being subjected to water, and didn't have a leaking head gasket (O-ring).
