    Recommend a scissor jack

Looking for a 2 ton scissor jack for my boat.
Its must be a quality unit, that I can use with my cordless impact.
Threads stripped on the one I used today, AC Delco, pathetic and worthless.
    Yep, I'm frustrated!

    Check these out
Husky towing scissor jack # 7500 lbs. SKU 76862 $85.50 A little overkill but should last. I was looking at something like this instead of hauling a floor jack on week long fishing trips.

I use a small Hydraulic floor jack that packs down into it's own case, more stable than a scissor jack and works well for me.

I am not carrying around a floor jack. I am open to bottle and scissor jack suggestions though.

I have a small floor jack in each vehicle. Each is about 16 inches long, 4 inches wide, and 4 inches high. I bought mine at Tractor supply.

I agree with the above posters, go for a bottle jack or small hydraulic!

I thank a bottle jack would be to tall to get under the axle.

Here is the reason I need a scissor jack.
I ve had 2 eye surgeries last yr, and I can't put much strain on myself. So, pumping
a bottle jack is not an option. I have 2 of them, btw.
Ive had to change how I work on things, and some things I can't do anymore, (run a chainsaw, etc.).

I would rather use a bottle jack, but all things considered, I can use my battery impact w/ scissor jack, and get the job done.
    Thx for the tips

I carry the one from my (totalled) Mazda 323, but my boat weighs about 3k on the trailer, single axle. I would wonder if the hammering of the impact wrench is the problem with yours?
Don't bother me, I'm screwing for virginity.
