    I always loved the color scheme on my 1996 Pantera Classic....my current cougar ftd is ugly so I won't even post it.

    maybe ugly wasn't the right word....some people love the color...its not my style but I got a great deal on the boat from a friend. I will admit the color is growing on me.

    Just did it.
    Hull - Gun Metal
    Bolt - Silver Mist
    Trim Stp - Raspberry
    Boot/console/fender - Light Gray

    Added fiberglass step box, one PP Blade, Merc Monitor, Minn Kota 330, Hamby, digital fuel/trim, and a Garmin 10somthing.

    Now for the wait.

    Really torn on hull color between gunmetal/slate and just the gray with no flake. Also can't decide if to add some red. The red on my Margay really grew on me. The Cougar at Sherm's is my inspiration for the gray.

    Have you seen the gun metal in person, does it look darker or more silver? The Charcoal looks almost black.

    I have been playing with boat builder and really liked the gun metal but when looking at the BC by SN FB page the gun metal looks more silver.

    Boat builder does not come close to doing the colors justice.
    I'm sure its nearly impossible to duplicate. The best way to pick colors is to use the builder to get 2-3 color combos to your liking. Next go to a dealer and look at the color/gel coat samples. That will make it easier to get an idea of the exact colors picked and how they compare to each other.
