150EFI stalling

Helping out a friend. Engine stalls when put in gear in the water.
He replaced fuel lines, primer bulb, cleaned out VST and replaced thermostats.
I checked spark and saw #2 cylinder had weak/no spark.
I replaced spark plugs, rebuilt pulse pump and sprayed engine tune in cylinders.
We swapped coils with same result on #2 cylinder.
Compression numbers below taken from warm engine with throttle completely advanced.

JOE you test that trigger real close on that one i had mtr like that eat me alive was bad trigger , and also do a DVA test for voltage comming to cdm from stator theres a harrness for test while running to test volts to cdm

loss of spark on one cyl is usually cdm or control module, ohm all wires and grnds also
