I had a chat with Power Pole today about ordering a set of new spikes. I told them that I had worn them down but they were still usable and just wanted a spare set, I asked how do I pay you for them. They said "pay for what"? they are warrantied for life. I told them again they are not broken just worn, I just need a spare set. The guy laughed and then told me they are ordered and on there way. Now that is one reason I no longer have Talons on my boat, Outstanding customer service and support. And to top it off last summer I was having problems with my batteries. I thought it was the Power Pole Charge. I worked with their support engineers who said this. "It does not look like the Charge is the problem but just incase we will send you a new one and send the original one back after the issue is fixed" Turned out not to be the Charge but a dead BMS that the battery manufacture never helped with. As they say you get what you pay for and WOW I sure got the best with PP.
