    Ranger RT188p carpet

    Just watched a video from a guy who gave his pros and cons on a popular aluminum boat line and one of his cons were they do not use loopless carpet.

    Does Ranger use loopless carpet on the RT188p?

    My guess is Ranger uses the same carpet on the Aluminum boats as they do on their glass boats. That being said it is 24oz. Syntec carpet that they use. I just recarpeted my 06' Bass Tracker with it and it is definitely loopless and of very high quality.

    My Ranger aluminum did not come with the same carpet as the glass boats. My Dad has a Ranger glass boat and his carpet is much nicer than mine.

    Just a quick follow up. I was told that the Ranger aluminum boats use 20oz. carpet and not the 24oz which is standard on the glass boats.
