Buddy is switching from hammer to merc 4s. Just seeing if there's any others.

I’m looking at a Suzuki 250ss upgrade, I’m guessing a new 4 stroke of any brand would be awesome

Put one on my 04 201 PRO. I love it. The hole shot is awesome. I got 75.3 GPS with a Fury 4 blade 26P at 5800 RPM. Just purchased a 25P Fury 4 trying to get more RPM.

I have an 06 Stratos 201 XL with a 250 Yam HPDI. I have a stock 27 inch Yam prop and a 8 inch manual Jack plate.
My motor is in great shape and runs strong but I am only getting 73 by myself. What do you recommend for a setup?

Not real sure about propping a Yamaha but a fury 3 blade out of the box with all holes open does it all for me. These boats don’t run bow high but they still fly. One not the fury needs to run deeper than some.

Venture, did you ever try out that Fury 4 25p on your 201? I have that same prop from an old boat and just got an '05 201, and haven't been able to try it yet. I'm curious how it worked out for you, though my setup is a 250 SHO.

Good luck getting a new motor. Over a year lead time on both Yamaha and Merc according to my dealer.
