7+ Spinning rod for 5/16 to 3/4 oz treble hook baits

Looking for a moderate action composite for catching smallies on topwater or deep lipless treble hook baits. Very pleased with the 7' Abu Veritas winch crank rod, but the new ones are white? The ML graphite rods I've liked for treble hook baits break too easy, so looking for a M.
To fish or not to fish?
    What stupid question.

Abu rods typically are under rated. so a ML really is a M. so get a M and it will be more MH. Having 3 abu, 4 lews and 2 dobyns spinning rods they have there place in the lineup. I was eyeing the new veritas for a jerkbait spinning rod. the white grips I am not a fan of but most likely give it a shot. Not sure if fenwick is still around but they had some moderate action spinning rods a couple years ago I believe.
