    Garage Length for 618

I have a Phoenix 618 and my wife and I are about to move in to a new house with 19x20 garage. Does anyone have similar experience and know if boat will fit? Not a big issue if it wont as I have a place to store it but it would be nice if it does. Thanks

I have the 618 with 4” jack plate on 175G2(which has built in set-back) and with the tongue folded and motor down it is 21ft 10”. Looks like you will be storing it somewhere else!

Should fit if you angle it.

It won't fit straight in. The boat in my signature takes ~22'

Get you some wheel jacks and angle it. I had the same problem at my old house.

Probably should've been more clear. I know I cant back it straight in, was hoping to be able to angle it..... Thanks for all the responses, do you guys think I will be able to angle it by hand using the trailer jack? Or will I need a dolly? Its a single axle trailer

From the sticky at the top of the page.

Model Length on trailer, tongue folded, motor trimmed down in feet and inches.

    618: *21'6"
    619/719/819/919: *22'6"
    721: *23'6"
    920: *23'4"
    921: *24'

I have a Skeeter with a single axle now and can move it around easily.

prior post seems accurate. I have mine in using a bit less then 21'3 but I have it angled. I'm using up a little just a bit less then 10ft of width in my angle.

    Just back it in.
Option 1: Back it straight in at about 20mph. Wall will self-clearance.

Option 2: Keep the wife, figure out how to back it 90% of the way in. I know it's not a bird, but my Champion (not as wide, but longer at about 23' stored) I could back it to the point that the jack would be inside the garage. I'd get out, chock the wheels (my garage floor isn't flat), unhook from the truck and I'd push it about 6" back and turn it about 18" and that's it.
I have dollies, but I didn't use them very long. It was easier to back it in. When you figure it out, make marks on the garage floor so you know when to cut it.

I have a 2021 818 with 175 Merc ProXS and dual axel. My garage is 20x20 and I fit the boat and a suburban in my garage. Right now I have to back it in to get all 4 wheels in. Once the are in, I have 4 wheel dollies to help maneuver the boat into place

    These are what I use.
