Please help with 2.4 Mariner wiring

1985 175 hp 2.4 Mariner

I am putting my engine back together and not sure where the 3 wire harness connects to on the starboard side. The harness comes front the boat. There is a white wire that is not being used, it is taped up. The other two wires are white and green and routed up between the starter and switch boxes. I took pics but couldn't make out where they go, I think one may have gone to the tilt safety switch but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

I found the other end at the kill switch thanks to Don !

grnd the blck and put green on tilt kill switch or blk/yellow terminal on switch box
