    Vessel View

I have a 2021 Mercury ProXS 250 4 stroke. (S/N 2B787656). I wanted to install a Vessel View module. Is there just one model of Vessel View or is there different ones for different engines? So far, all I can find is one model but it’s not clear if it fits all engine sizes.

Thanks. It’s odd that the package has a different model number. 8M0115080. Tried to attach a photo but can’t seem to make that work.

This is the correct part number for the latest Vessel View Mobile.

DO NOT rely on numbers you find printed on cables, parts or components as they are not actual part numbers (they are production numbers that Mercury uses INTERNALLY).

In this case, 8M0115080 is an obsolete part number (superseded to 8M0157078).

Is there any difference in the modules with the different part numbers? I've been kind of looking for one for my new boat and mostly what I see is the old part number. Any recommendations on a good place to get one?

Yes, there are differences. See Rhonda's post (pinned at the top of the Forum): If you drop her an email, she can assist you with various Smartcraft Products (including special BBC member pricing).
