One night the 18th. We are looking at hotels in Hays.
Grab a walk in hunting area guide and it will show you all the area that you can public hunt. A lot of it will be private land but if its enrolled in the walk in hunting program it is open to the public. Not sure where to get the guide you may have to call KDWPT.
