Thank you guys for the kind words. I still miss my 20XD. It was IMO and extremely nice 20XD to be old enough to vote. Lots of time spent getting it just like I wanted. The 250XS was one of the high compression requiring premium gasoline with the 6300 rev limit. According to Don these particular motors generally would dyno 270+ HP at the prop shaft. But this XRS will help get me over it. Y'alls encouragement help me move on and the guys that took the time to help me determine if this boat will fit in my shop were most helpful.
It takes a Bullet owner to understand. Shop may be able to hang the motor late in the week or first of the next week. Not in any hurry considering the weather. When I get it home and cleaned up, I get a couple pictures in the sun for Randy to post.
