The boat is in an odd slot......for the same money you can buy a legit used jonboat or v-hull that'll be more practical.
And as just a kayak it would be no fun to paddle.
I just saw these in the new BPS catalog. Might have to add one to the list. Looks like a fun boat to use on the "in town" lakes.

wouldn't you have to register and title this as a boat since it has a trolling motor on it?
Just ran into one of these yesterday at a Tractor Supply store, seems like a legit machine with some decent features. Almost pulled the trigger since I had a 10% coupon but figured I'd do some research first. Would work great for where I'd be using it just a tad more than I wanted to spend at this time. Thanks for sharing the videos, I'll be checking them out.

Interesting yak.
Small though. If you're a full sized man this looks sketchy. Might be a good option for some though.
Of course. Most major and minor kayak tournament series allow motors- exception being the Hobie series, simply because they think their mirage drive s as good as a motor. And kayak tournament use catch photo and release- they don't do actual weigh-ins. That would be wholly impractical.
