    8 people. One boat

What type of boat exist that could accommodate 2 adults. A 13yr old, 10yr old, 9yr old, 5 yr old, that would be suitable for river fishing ? It’s a daunting scenario but we all love to fish and want to do together sometimes.

Only thing that comes to mind is some type of Sun Tracker Fishing Barge or other pontoon.

Sea Ark - Family model - big easy or easy 200 or Super Lounge Easy
    https://www.seaarkboats.com/life-category/5/family

You get a bass boat and pontoon boat all in one

I've seen 7 adults fishing on a big easy and they had no issues at all

My family has a blast on our pontoon. I have even seen some walleye fishing guides using tritons.

Check out a Lowe deck boat. They are a do all boat. V bottom. 4 fishing chairs. Lounge seating. Pull skiers. Bimimi top for sun or rain. 13 people limited by weight. I've had mine since 2003 and loved it the whole time.

Pontoon boat gets my vote. Find one with a front deck outside the wall. my 24' party barge has 2 fishing seats up front and I mounted a 80lb thrust tiller minn kota and added 2 stainless battery boxes up front for the 2 group 31 batty's. We fish 5 or 6 all the time mainly bobber style. Only bad deal with the pontoon is it dont like wind.

Thank y’all!!!! Yes it’s 6 people. But the four kids make it seem like 12. Lol. Can’t wait to check these out.

Not sure about 6, but for 8 people you can’t beat cypress wood

There are some aluminum hulls primarily designed for tournament catfishing that would work well.

Bay boats will handle 6 easy. 8 is pushing it, my capacity sticker says 8 (coast guard calculations are way higher) but I would feel comfortable with 5 fishing, realistically if I have 5 guests, especially kids, then I am not getting much fishing in. I’d take on 8 for cruising but not fishing.
