I never do unless I have a partner that wants to bring food. I always have a thermos of coffee and if it is warm I bring a 64 oz Yeti with ice water.

I don’t. I use the built in cooler, no need to take up the additional space.

I have never carried one even in heat of a Texas summer. Built in does just fine.

AO 24 can soft sided.....lifetime warranty.....holds enough drinks and hoagies (subs to some of you) for the day....and as said earlier....a lot more forgiving on the knee's and toes if you bump into it.

I usually put it on the back deck and slide the handles through the back seat post...gives me more room on the floor area

What about the Coke, Gatorade, sandwiches and all the other snacks?

For me, the only beverages I bring are a thermos of coffee and ice water if it is a hot day. I always have granola bars in a compartment and I usually bring an apple or a banana. I will bring a small cooler with icepacks and put it in a compartment if I have a coangler that brings a lunch.

I have an igloo, (maybe 48 qt?) that I use for fish I’m keeping. Throw them straight on the ice. Never leave home without it.

I never eat during fishing-no matter how long. My extra box is for a dead well. I hate cleaning live crappie.

My little Ranger did not come with a built-in cooler so I have to use an external one. Since I only need it to keep things cold for the one day and do not want to add the excess weight of a Yeti I just use a small Igloo cooler.

I bring a 35 gallon yeti with me every trip. It goes under my leaning post and is perfect to stand up on when I need to see out in front of me while driving
I'd like to see that. I'd hate to be moving something that big around.

The cooler in my G3 is not large enough when 2 people are aboard during the summer so I carry a small size RTIC soft pack to carry a few extra bottles of water or drinks.

For the life of me I can’t figure out why boat manufacturers don’t team up with Yeti or RTIC etc and have a built in spot for their respective cooler that can be removed. We certainly pay enough for these boats you’d think it would be easy.
