I have been adjusting my transducer every I take the boat out of the slip to try to get it to work right but apparently it was no the transducer setting it was the software in my 12 Live.
I did find out that now you cannot use the Custom frequency of the TM150M because it locks up the downscan function. It works fine with the 82 or medium on the TM150 but the down scan freezes with any Custom frequency. I normally use Custom freq. of 115 on the TM150 which should not effect 455 or 800 on the down scan.
I had same issue with the carbon update too.

Amazing images. I don't get anything close. Any tips you could share on how you get that level of clarity?

I'll download it but it makes me think I've got something set up wrong. We've seen some nice shots of rock piles but its never quite clear on the screen and the water has to be gin clear. I have leveled out the 3:1 and it's helped some.

    That's an awesome image.

I installed 20.1 and tried it out this weekend to see no better results from before. My Live with 3n1 has never shown a picture like the one above. Would like to know if it was taken in extremely clear water. If so then that’s my problem as our water has only 6 inches of visibility.

Finally got out on the lake today, and can verify my DownScan and SideScan images are fine after 20.1. It was windy and choppy today, but have some interesting screenshots taken about 60 feet deep. Some of these screenshots are of scaffolding. A couple are of something I have no idea what they are...

No, I didn't; it was a brand new LIVE 12, first day on the water, although I did have to update to 20.1 first.
I usually do perform a hard reset after updating.

Good screenshots. Two images show the sidescan 2x zoom icon. Is this a feature of the latest 20.1 update?
Previously, this only worked on downscan and sonar.

Never seen that before. Sidescan is infinite zoom so 2x doesnt make sense to me. Marc???

Well, I don't know. I use zoom all the time on both sidescan and downscan to inspect interesting items, and I don't remember the sequence of key strokes on those two screenshots. I believe I zoomed in to try and figure out what that object was, and since the cursor is no longer there I guess the panel stayed in 2X zoom. Will look into this when I get on the water again next week.

You need to use no more than a 32 GB, and I believe it should be at least 4 GB. Download using Internet Explorer or Safari (not Google Chrome at the moment).

Thank you. Yes, if you apply the cursor to an interesting place and zoom in, an icon will appear on the screen.I assumed that the new update introduced an additional feature to instantly zoom the entire screen without the involvement of the cursor.

After update my Sonic Hub doesn't work after I start big motor. I have to shut off console unit and restart everytime. Annoying. Tried both soft and hard reset no improvement.

Can 20.1 be loaded into a Ti2 and does the thing implode if loaded?
