    Thanks ! Would probably end up with similar numbers on my 206. Wonder what I can get out of my 400 hr XB?

    I was able to get 10k for my 2007 mercury 300XS with 280 hrs.

    I sure wouldn't put Honda into any desire column. Dealer network is at best sketchy, and parts are really hard to come by.

    A guy in our club repowered with a 250SS about 1.5 seasons ago on a Triton. He is very happy with it.

    Japanese quality dude...they still stand on top of all the engine manufacturers with quality.

    You want to see what lives long and what doesn't?
    Come down here and see what the crabbers and oyster guys run on their boats..10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week, they never shut them off. Idle or wide open. About 50/50 Yamaha standard 4 strokes and Zukes. No Hondas, no Johnrudes, a few mercs.

    You have to look really close, because their cowlings are so slimed over you can't see the decals.
