Try most any car liquid cleaner/polish.

Sometimes ketchup does wonders.

Plain old Crest toothpaste works if you have it in the house.
I use toothpaste since it is handy.
Pick up some ketchup at your fast food shops to put on your fries. Comes in those little plasticized containers. Rip a small tear in one corner.
Simichrome metal polish and a felt wheel on a dremel. A bit messy but can make them look like a mirror in little time.
