    Hummingbird connectors

    My buddy just got a new Helix gen3 or 4 and it came with a little box that the cables go into and clip into the back of the unit. Are these available for purchase and compatible with the older helix's? It seems like they would be.

    The Helix 5 and Helix 7 do not use a cable collector. Their plugs are friction fit in recessed sockets on the back of the units.

    What about the unused ports with the exposed pins on Helix 7s? Is that anything to worry about?
