    Thanks Guys,
We went out today too. To be able to get out in January is always good, the lake was half frozen yesterday, but the rain opened it all up.
My buddy and I got 5 Bass,(2 were 3.2 pounds), 3 calico, (biggest was 2.6 lbs.) and 3 pickerel.
All with a jerkbait, 39-40 degree water.

I live in southeastern Connecticut, usually one of the last places to freeze in New England, I would guess???

We were fishing in Rogers Lake, Old Lyme , Ct.

Last year I fished almost the whole winter, the lake was open most of the year.
