    Not trying to take away from Ryan's post, but be aware there are two different versions of the controller. One for 2006 boats and the other for 2007 & up, that separates some grounds onto additional pins. If you use a 2006 in a 07 or later boat, you may lose the ground to some functions. Check the label to make sure it will work on your boat.

    That's an 07 & later I got ahold of one of the 06s couple of years ago and was slightly upset when I compared the pinouts when it didn't work on my 07.
