Anyone need an in dash zercom? Works great. Cut the wires close to the unit. Ended up mounting a ram mount in that location for my graph. The housing is broken but I the the perfect working internals along with a bracket and nuts

How did the ram mount? Hard to do?
Happy New Year The ram mount went well. Used a 2.25 RAM and two aluminum plates. The first plate is inside the gauge cluster and has the ram mount directly mounted. There is another plate behind the dash that has the tension for the middle plate. I felt that the dash deformed with direct strong tension. Running a 12” lowrance
Have tried it yet? DO you hit the steering wheel with the ram mount so close?
