Raptor Power Issue

I have a 2021 Vexus VX20 with 2 Raptors. Last time out (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Raptors worked. Get home plug in charger, turn off battery selector.
This Saturday turn battery selector to Battery 1 & no power to the Raptors. I had to pull the Breaker/fuse to each one & then they powered up. Has anyone had this issue or have any idea what causes it.

I would be cutting power to pumps before plugging in charger. Should be done not just w poles/raptors/talons, but electronics and trolling motors w circuit boards etc..
