    Lowrance 3 in 1 Transducer

    Have any of you guys tried mounting a 3 in 1 type transducer to that second or middle step? Looks to me there is a spot where the transducer may get a high speed signal and still be relatively out of harms way. Wondering if any of you guys have done it with a SS type transducer and actually got a good high speed reading. Be great to not have to epoxy another transducer in the back. Im switching everything from Hummingbird Helix to Lowrance HDS 12 lives and already have two pucks back there that never gave me satisfactory readings at speed.

    No go I guess on input on this particular issue.. Ill let you know how it works though as I going to try it and maybe eliminate the need for a second transducer for a speed reading.
