I went out Sunday, I tried a few different things, but every fish I caught was on a red and black square bill crank bait. Biggest went 3 lbs. 2 oz., all others were less than 2 pounds. Felt good to be out, was an absolute beautiful day.
Fished Arbuckle yesterday and got one two pounder on a Ned rig. Water is 49-51 and it was dead calm and bluebird sky. Great day to be on the water but the fish didn’t want anything I had to offer. Tried Damiki rig, crankbaits, jerk bait and football jigs.
Went to Sooner Sunday and caught a few decent fish on the cold side, water in the low 40’s. Tried the “warm” side where it was in the low 50’s and didn’t catch anything.
Was at Tenkiller Sunday caught a couple nice smallies and had 10 total not a great trip but not bad for us and how we fish. Water was running 46 to 48 around the Petite area.
